Returns

1. We accept product returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

   • The products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
   • Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be presented.

Return Shipment

1. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is safely delivered back to us.

Refueling Fee

1. We do not charge any restocking fees for products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions set out in this policy.

Final Sale Items

1. Some items may be subject to a final sale policy, meaning they cannot be returned. This policy will be clearly stated in the product description. If a collection is designated as a final sale, no items from that collection can be returned (Custom Designs).

Refunds

1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the bank or financial institution.
