Order Processing

1. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, with the exception of products included in "Custom Designs," which will first be designed within 5 business days before being shipped.

2. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery times; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, logistical problems, or customs delays.

Shipping Costs

1. We offer free shipping to the northern region of Portugal; other areas have their respective rates.

Shipment Tracking

1. After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your package online.

Delivery Address

1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
